Description
We met at Katy Homan's loft to discuss the book on Catherine's work that is being published by Rizzoli and Peter Freeman Gallery. In the morning we met (which took three hours but went very well. Then we were off to the Peter Freeman Gallery. Two blocks from the gallery someone pulled out of a spot (on Broadway) and smashed the side of our car. Phong Bui sent a photographer from the Brooklyn Rail to meet us at the gallery. He photographed Catherine and me for drawings of us that Phong needed to do. I had left 15 minted to get to a physical therapy appointment. Because of a few things I screwed up I wound up tense and walking 45 minutes in 95-degree heat. Luckily it did not do me in.
