2015-9-13, Sunday, L-R, Marta Renzi, Suzan Frecon, Daniel Wolff, Thomas Nozkowski, Catherine Murphy, John Yau, Suzanne Joelson, Ernst Caramelle, Joyce Robins (standing), Gary Stephan. Lunch. After everone arrived and we visited for a bit we moved inside for lunch. We had corn soup (with custini,smoked salmon, caviar, and chive on top), nest was marinated sweet and sour fish (a recipe from Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi's Jerusalem) For desert we had Damp Ginger bread with peaches and whipped cream. The conversation included, artist's satisfaction or disatisfaction with their own work after it was completed, the nature of narrative and story (in general as well as in someof our works), critics and their relationship to what an artist says about their work and instances where a clash has led to facing off, etc. See Last entry
