When we got to Hudson we went to Talbert and Arnig to buy a few things and then to Pamela Salisbury Gallery to see Elliot Green and Judith Pfaff's work. We took up some extra time by going to antiques stores to look for some outdoor furniture to put into the new frame house sculpture in our yard. After that we went to Donna's opening. On the way home we went to Fortune in Tivoli to buy ice cream. We got lunch to go at bar restaurant, also in Tivoli. It tooke a while for our fish and chips to be done so I talked with the bar tender for a bit. It turned out that his name is Gerard Hurley and he had made a couple of films. Description An account of the resource I had gotten two tick bites on different days last week. The ticks were large so i ruled out lime disease. I tried to get one out and after pinching my skin and making the spot more swollen I gave up. Cathy tried to get the second one out without much luck. Both areas got really red and I was getting dizzy and nauseous. So I called Dr. Murthy's office on Friday and they saw me the same day. I had clearly gotten something from the ticks, He asked me and I told him I didn't get bad reactions from this antibiotic. Well, I hadn't before now. My lips swelled up and my face near my nose and this morning my eyes felt wrong. I am going to call the doctor and see what he says. I am giving a talk on Wednesday at Vassar College and am not all that pleased with how I look. Although the peoiple changes from time to time, it was often Tom Nozkowski, Casimir Nozkowski, Joyce Robins, Robert Mangold, Sylvia Plimack Mangold, Martin Puryear, and Jean Puryear as well a Catherine Murphy and myself. earlier on Don and Mickie Johnson came and a few times, Benjamin Keddy, Barbara Page, Judy Dollenmayer, etc. We hadn't met on Easter for a number of years. Joyce called and said Casimir suggested it would be nice to do Easter, and that Hasbrouk House had an Easter Egg Hunt that Rocket (Cas and Hannah's son) would enjoy.
