One of my soft shell crabs was quite good the other had a tough shell. Tom thought his dinner was boring. Catherine had Veal Marsala, which she found pleasant. Joyce seemed to like her stew type of dish. It is a classic French restaurant and the menu pretty much stays the same year after year, even though they do have specials which still fit the profile of the restaurant closely. It is a small intimate restaurant, and very noisy, which bothered Joyce. We got back on track in about 20 minutes. After settling in at the hotel, we headed out to dinner. We went to the Park Japanese Restaurant. I had read about it online. We got there about the time of our reservation (about 6:45pm). The restaurant was quite full with lots of well dressed young people. The design of the restaurant was awful. It looked fine, but the arrangement of the tables left no room to walk to your table without excusing yourself or bumping into the backs of chairs. The food was quite good, but we wouldn't go back here because of how uncomfortable the spatial arrangements were.
