This was the second delivery of the washer/dryer. The first guys were not sent with the piece of equipment needed to stack the appliances. Who's fault that was, it's hard to say, although these guys should have had that piece of equipment because I told about 10 people at Best Buy "don't forget to bring that piece of equipment". This time, I had the guys (different guys from last time) hook up the washing machine and put the dryer in the garage until we could get the installation straightened out. I called Best Buy and intensely whined at them because I was pretty annoyed, and I don't want to go to the laundromat again. They called back the next day and said that the item needed was not in GE's warehouse and needed to be backordered, and won't be here until October 19th, but they won't charge me for it because of the problem.
