				var str = `Like many of the people Rasimus has been introducing us to, Gunilla was very hospitable. She served us cheese, flatbread with delicious butter (the butter seems particularly delicious in Sweden), vegetable pate, pickles, and red peppers. She also served us delicious coffee, which seemed to be ubiquitous in Sweden. We left when Rasimus felt it was appropriate based on the timeline of the day&#039;s plans. See the previous entry.`;
