I photographed some of them. Robert (Mangold) and Sylvia (Plimack Mangold) had openings on the same evening in different parts of the city. We got stuck in traffic and so couldn't make it to Sylvia's opening. But we did get to Bob's. The next day we went to see Sylvia's show at Alexander Bonin in its new space downtown. Earlier in the day, there was an intense rainstorm with flooding, and some of the streets in Manhattan were blocked off. Sylvia had called to tell us that the openings and dinner might be canceled. So, we didn't leave as early as we might have. That and the traffic are the reasons we didn't get to Sylvia's opening. See the following entry.
