Soon after we settled in a waitperson came over with Champagne and said it was compliments of Will Guidara (one of the owners).  We figured Peter Freeman had gotten in touch with the restaurant (which he had).  We had a spectacular lunch. Everyone has the same 15 course tasting menu. CHEDDAR, Savory Black and White Cookie with Apple - OYSTER. Wood Sorrel and Mignonette - CRANBERRY, Snow with Beets, Goat Cheese, and Caraway -  SEA URCHIN, Custard with Baby Squid, Bay Scallop and Apple -  STURGEON - Sabayon with Chives, Smoked Everything Bagel Crumble, Pickles, and Caviar - SCALLOP, Seared with Radish, Caviar. and Apple - CARROT, Tartare with Rye Bread and Condiments - LOBSTER, Poached with Citrus, Tarragon, and Daikon - PARSNIP, Poached with Sesame, Parsley, and Millet - BEEF, Grilled with Mushrooms, Amaranth, and Dandelion Greens</text>
