Freedom, NJ. Sometimes other relatives would go there as well. Often other friends too. You will notice a small amount of older color photographs that have erosion damage. There was a period when I was taking 35mm slides. I had taken hundreds of them. Unfortunately, when I lived in the basement of my parents house on East 29th Street and after I had left as well, I stored these slides there. It was a room that flooded from time to time. The dampness eroded and totally ruined most of my those photographs. I was only able to salvage a very small amount of them.
