They are standing in front of a practice wall drawing for the Hole in the Wall Installation. (they will be in front of it when I change the photograph. Check back for the updated photo).]]> On September 13, I received an email from Tyler Flatt. In the email he told me that he works for Tiffany's and manages the artwork program. He said that they were interested in the possibility of buying some work from me and/or commissioning a new work for either their upcoming stores in Hong Kong and/or Beijing. Included in his email were images of some of my folded plywood sculptures as well as a plywood drawing on linen. We had arranged for him to do a studio visit. That morning I picked him up at the train station and brought him to our house. We had coffee and pastries, before looking at the work in the studios. The visit went well, as far as i could tell. At the end of the visit he said he needed to discuss the work with executives from the company. He had an uber car pick him up so he could go directly from here to a new store they had just opened in White Plains, NY.]]> At Tyler Rowland's opening at the Murray Guy Gallery in Chelsea, NYC]]> He came to the door to politic for Pat Ryan who is one of the seven democrats running in the primary for the 19th congressional district.
