He came over to discuss the addition he is going to work on for the house.]]> 2015-9-14, Monday. Tim Liefer told me about a saw that he said would be able to cut my beveled joints perfectly. I asked him if he could come over when both Jerry and Charlie were here at the same time so he could show all of us how it worked. That's why he was over today. I am definitely getting one of these saws.]]> 2015-8-6, Thursday, Tim (Liefer) worked on the new bathroom cabinate for upstairs.]]> 2015-7-23, Thursday, Tim (Liefer) came to work on something.]]> 2015-7-15, Wednesday, Tim (Liefer) came to work on stuff.]]> 2015-7-13, Monday, Tim Liefer came to work on the stairs for the apartment.]]> 2015-7-12, Sunday, Tim Liefer worked on the stars to the apartment.]]> 2015-6-23, Tuesday. Tim had just five minutes before drove by and was almost home. He nicely came back, this time with his truck so he could take Alec's (levinson, our tenant) door with him back home to fix. He is going to figure out how to solve the problem.]]> 2015-1-14, Thursday. Tim Liefer came to do some small things, heat, hooks.]]> 2015-1-14, Wednesday, Tim Liefer Liefer came over to do some smaller things to do with heat and hooks.]]> Tim came by to have coffee and commiserate]]> Tim came to install railings on the basement stairs]]> Tim brought over a jig for us to cut something]]> Tim stopped by to pick up a check]]> I don't know why he came over]]> I called him last week so he came by today. I wanted him to look at some cuts that Jerry and I made for a sculpture and help me figure out why they were a bit off.nI took him over the the old barn (studio) to show him where it had been leaking so he could try and figure out how to fix it. It had rained incessantly for the last week. He has tried to fix the leaks before but it is difficult because the metal roof is probably 100 years old]]> Tim stopped by]]> Tim got here around 7:45 this morning to work on Alec's (Levinson) apartment. Somewhere in one of the past entries the whole event with Alec's air conditioner and the rotting of wood and wall was talked about. Tim set up his stuff outside and then came in and had coffee with us. Now he's back outside working.]]> Tim stopped by to bring me a receipt and an estimate for work he did and has to do in conjunction with the leak from Alec Levinson's (our tenant) air conditioner. I was going to pay for the repairs, but then Alec's father mentioned that maybe the insurance company would cover it, which they are going to do. Tim also committed to coming sometime the following week to start work on various projects. Standing in the doorway is Charlie Smith, in front of a Thomas Nozkowski drawing.]]> (See Tim Liefer, August 3rd 2017) Tim came to continue working on the damage done by Alec's air conditioner, and will probably be working on it for weeks.]]> Tim came over to continue work on the windows in my studio and some other stuff. When he went to paint the window, he noticed that the wood had turned green in only about a week. On further investigation, he discovered that Alec's (Levinson, our tenant) air conditioner had been leaking down the wall, possibly for years. Now we have to replace Alec's window, the frame, insulation, some outside siding, and some inside wall, in addition to my window (see Tim Liefer, August 4 2017).]]> Tim came to continue working on double windows and a door in my heated studio that had rotted.]]> Tim came to replace a double window and a door in my heated studio that had rotted. He also came the next day, but I forgot to take his picture. He worked on the door and the window as well. He brought us a mango custard tart from Bread Alone. It was really good.]]> Tim came over either to work on something (possibly to discuss the pyramid) or for a cup of coffee.]]> Tim stopped by to visit and have a cup of coffee and look over a couple of things.]]> I had called Tim and asked him if he could come over and help us put up the giant wreath on the barn (my studio).]]> Tim came over to re-measure the last sculpture we made (Angled) so that we get the measurements correct for the one we are about to start (Tipped). He also had to re-show me how to put the brace on Angled so it wouldn't warp.]]> Tim came over to install the brace on my new sculpture to correct some warpage and to keep it from warping anymore.]]> Tim came over to look at the last sculpture we made and he and I figured out how to correct the warp, we also talked about the porch roof leaking again. We visited and had a cup of coffee together. He brought us a delicious bread from Bread Alone.]]> Tim came by to pick up a check for work he had done.]]> We called Tim the day before yesterday to ask him if he could come and help us out in an ermgency. Catherine's(Murphy) model, Julia, had called the night before that to tell Cathy that her back was bothering her so she could not pose yesterday. We thought that if Tim could rig up some sort of partial chair so that Julia could manage this pose and everything could continue. If Julia couldn't pose anymore the painting (Head to Toe) would have to be abandoned. Tim came over and retrofited a metal office chair. Julia (see next entry) also came over so that she could work with us in helping to figure out what was needed to be done to the chair. Cathy was very grateful to Time for coming through yet again.]]> Tim came over to paint the inside of the window and put up the airconditioner in Alec Levinson's (our tenant) apt. These wre the last two things left to do after the water damage from Alec's air conditioner.]]>
